It is with renewed appreciation and intellectual anticipation that we present to our esteemed readers Issue 20 of Religions, titled “Faith, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Resolution.” This issue is a direct continuation of the important conversations initiated in our previous edition, “Faith and Conflict Resolution,” which was met with significant scholarly engagement and enthusiastic contributions from researchers and thought leaders across the globe.
The depth and relevance of the submissions we received in response to Issue 19 reaffirmed to us the necessity of further exploring the intricate relationship between faith, peace, and the mechanisms of resolving conflict. As such, this new edition broadens the lens, offering fresh and multifaceted perspectives on how religious principles, spiritual traditions, and interfaith values can be effectively mobilized for peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and the healing of fractured communities.
